We provide you with up to 3 digital images. You may pay for more if you wish (as long as it is withing your appointment time), but up to 3 images come with your initial fee.
During your time with Santa, you may take photos on your phone.
You digital photo will be emailed to you within 4 days of the event.
We recommend a maximum of 6 people in a single photo.
Pets are not allowed to be in the photo.
There is an area to remove jackets and other winter attire. We do ask that your children/family members are camera ready. There is also no washroom available to the public.
We will attempt to accommodate this as best we can, however you may be told to return at a time when things are slower or you may miss your appointment all together. Please be on time.
Because spaces are limited, we are not offering refunds for missed appointments.
If you would like to book a private or extended visit with Santa and/or a lengthy photo session, reach out to us to schedule a different time for this.
